Do my trash cans need to be visible and accessible for the driver?

Yes, cans MUST be visible and accessible to the driver at the time of arrival.

When is payment due?

Payment is ALWAYS due on or before the 1st of each month when paying directly. Card payments are billed automatically.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. For other payment options please see sign up now.

What happens if my cans are not visible and/or accessible?

If cans are behind gate or blocked by vehicles, boats, etc., the driver will not take-out/retrieve. The driver will also NOT make another trip by to the property to service that day. If you own a vacation rental, you are responsible to notify guests of our service and expectations for service to be rendered.

What happens if I have prepaid and I decide to sell my house?

There will be NO REFUNDS on prepaid, discounted service plans. Those plans that are non-refundable, 6 month and 1 year plans.
